What a joy to bring sight to the people of West Virginia. Dr. Prazer founded Vision Care from the Heart, a non-profit free event designed to help those in real need with free eye care and glasses. We are so excited that Dr. Prazer will be partnering with us to provide a free clinic in Clay.
